How do I buy a fraction…

Buying real estate on our digital marketplace is simple. Our pieces of property are for sale exclusively on our fractional marketplace. We refined the process into 3 easy steps.

1. Select your property – Browse our extensive inventory of real income generating properties to find your favorite. Then select a fraction or fractions of each property that you would like to purchase.
2. Sign Up – Once you’re ready to make your purchase, sign up with our marketplace by selecting the “Sign Up” button in the top right of the page or by filling out the prompt when you select “Purchase” on a fraction. More About the Sign Up Process
3. Purchase Your Fraction – After sign up, input a payment method when prompted, complete the transaction process, and your fraction(s) are placed into your wallet. 

Your entire collection is always accessible in your Owner Portal under the My Assets tab. 

That’s it! While there are a couple of documents to sign and check off on, the time, effort, and costs saved with our streamlined digital process outweighs the expenses.
