Born in Colorado by founders Zack and Graham, Revolve is moving to solve the largest housing problem facing both investors and future buyers today, affordability. We believe real estate needs to evolve to meet the next generation of buyer.
We are building the first-of-its-kind digital marketplace allowing anyone to buy, sell, and own fractional ownership of real property anywhere, anytime. We are solving a real problem with a real solution.
How we do it.
Picking the right property to invest in can be a daunting task, which is why Revolve only selects properties that fit our strict property purchase criteria. Each property is hand scouted and selected.

The property is listed, & rented. We focus on residential properties with long and short term leases.
